Starting in 2026, Incensepunk Magazine is opening a call for submissions for flash fiction—that’s stories of 1500 words or less. Other than the length, it’ll be all the same quality stories and religious speculative fiction you love but in a shorter, faster format, easy to read right in your inbox!

As with our short fiction, submissions will stay open indefinitely and publish monthly. Pay for flash fiction up to 1500 words will be a flat $25. Depending on volume of submissions, flash fiction will begin being published around March or April.
